Applicant must possess a minimum of high school diploma/GED. Minimum of ten years of experience in K-12 technology needed. Experience with network systems, device management, and end-user support. Experience managing telephones (VoIP, Cell, and POTS). Organizational skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills a must. Ability to work across a variety of projects with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities. Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a changing environment. Working knowledge needed of Federal and State regulations related to USAC/E-Rate.
